Ride Good To Know

Are they the Rides for me? They definitely aren’t suitable for complete beginners, as a bench mark you should be comfortable riding off-road on bridleways & unsurfaced routes. We will go at the pace of the slowest rider & we will make you aware of any difficult sections during the ride, if you are not 100% happy there is always the option to walk down the more technical descents if required.

How fit do I need to be? The rides are normally 3-6 hours – with plenty of ups & downs, with some of the steeper more technical climbs requiring a push up. If you have any concerns about your ability or fitness, please get in touch

Kit? As a minimum you should carry...

• Well serviced MTB & helmet
• Base layer & waterproof
• Spare tube, small toolkit
• 1litre of water and lunch/snacks
• Personal medications & basic first aide
